Dieses Siegelband gehört zu einer Urkunde, die am 1. August 1294 ausgestellt wurde. 
Es handelt sich um ein einfaches schnurbindiges Rundgewebe. Das erhaltene Original wurde aus Seide gefertigt, ist 46 cm lang und besitzt einen Durchmesser von lediglich 0,15 cm.
This seal tag is part of a charter issued on 1 August 1294.
It is a simple round threaded in tablet woven band. The surviving original was made of silk, is 46 cm long and has a diameter of just 0.15 cm.
Für meine Rekonstruktion habe ich acht Brettchen verwendet, die mit Seide Nm 22 aufgezogen waren. Das fertige Rundgewebe erreicht einen Durchmesser von etwa 0,25 bis 0,3 cm und fällt damit etwas kräftiger aus als das historische Vorbild.
For my reconstruction, I used eight small tablets threaded with Nm 22 silk. The finished tubular weave has a diameter of approximately 0.25 to 0.3 cm, making it slightly thicker than the historical original.
