Das schmale Buch mit handgeschriebenen Musteranleitungen für goldbroschierte gewebte Bänder wurde 1517 von Anna Neuper geschrieben.
Die siebzig Jahre alte Nonne aus dem St.-Klara-Konvent in Nürnberg notierte darin insgesamt 45 unterschiedliche Muster.
Es ist eines der ältesten erhaltenen Musterbücher für textile Techniken. Die Musterbreite variiert von 13 bis 73 Brettchen.
This slim volume, containing handwritten pattern instructions for gold-brocaded woven bands, was written by Anna Neuper in 1517.
The seventy-year-old nun from the Convent of St Clare in Nuremberg noted a total of 45 different patterns in it.
It is one of the oldest surviving pattern books for textile techniques. The width of the patterns varies from 13 to 73 cards.
Hier habe ich Muster Nr. 23 nachgewebt.
Abwechselnd sind 5 Brettchen in Z-Richtung und 5 Brettchen in S-Richtung aufgezogen. Verwendet wurden 31 Brettchen, deren vier Löcher jeweils mit gelber Realseide aufgezogen sind. Der Broschierfaden besteht aus roter Seide.
Die Breite beträgt: 2,5 cm.

Five cards are set in the Z direction and five in the S direction, alternating. A total of 31 cards were used, each with four holes threaded with yellow real silk. The weft thread is made of red silk.
The width is 2.5 cm.
